Aside from a somewhat strange and decidedly niche interest in economics, the other thing I cannot resist is reading articles about how to live a healthier, better, longer life. You know this already. Just last week I sent links on fish oil supplements, turmeric, alcohol consumption, and something called neuroscientific apathy. I read these things the way some people read horoscopes – not because I believe every word, but because I am looking for patterns. And in the accumulation of this reading, this research, I’ve come to believe these are the things that hold the key to a happy and healthy life.
