This third edition of Sunday Letter reaches you at an unseemly hour, penned from the confines of yet another hotel room. Our day has been nothing short of epic—a whirlwind that saw us crisscrossing the city, our feet weary but our spirits high. As night fell, we found ourselves drawn to our favourite spot in Soho for noodles and crisp spring rolls from our favourite takeaway.

Though I set pen to paper (metaphorically speaking) hours ago, the frenetic pace of our adventures meant that it's only now, in the small hours, that I've found a moment to complete this letter.
